Programme Manager – Gender & WASH
Seema works closely with the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights team to develop strategies for engaging WASH practitioners on gender and sexuality. She ensures effective project implementation, reporting, budget utilisation, and collaboration with partner organisations and trainers.
She holds an MSW in Community Development, along with an MA in Economics, an LLB, and a postgraduate diploma in District Health Management. With over 16 years of experience, she has worked on gender, maternal and child health, adolescent health, child protection, WASH, and the rights of marginalised communities. Seema is an avid trekker and enjoys spending time in nature.
