Rajina Shrestha
Advisor – Resources, Impact and Learning
Rajina works with the Resources, Impact, and Learning team at CREA, supporting resource development through grant writing and donor relationships. She also contributes to CREA’s feminist MEL journey by developing organisational and program-specific MEL plans and strategies.
Rajina is a Gender Equality Studies and Training Program (GEST) fellow, a Swedish Institute (SI) Leader Lab alumni, and an International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) alumni. She is a former board chair of Women LEAD Nepal and has been involved in participatory grant-making for the FREE STEM Fund and FRIDA-The Young Feminist Fund. Her work focuses on fostering feminist leadership among young people.
