Radhika Saxena

Programme Manager – Gender-based Violence, Well-Being, and Rights (India)

Radhika works closely with the Executive Director – India to support CREA’s work within the Count Me In! Consortium. She oversees program management for initiatives on sex workers’ rights, gender, sexuality, identity, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender-based violence.

Radhika has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, a bachelor of Laws, and a master of Laws in Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies. She has nearly a decade of experience working on sexual and gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health and rights, disability rights, labour law, and access to justice. Her contributions earned her the Outstanding Contribution to Human Rights Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2018. She has previously worked with iProbono, SEWA Bharat, Women Enabled International and O.P. Jindal Global University.
