Project Lead – Women Gaining Ground | Feminist Leadership and Mentoring
Lavanya is the Coordinator for the Women Gaining Ground Consortium, focusing on feminist leadership and feminist mentoring.
Lavanya holds an MPhil in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and has over 15 years of experience in interrogating power, patriarchy, leadership and mentoring. Her interests include exploring why some initiatives create lasting change and drawing organisation-level learnings from them. Lavanya’s core areas of work include gender equality, masculinities, feminist leadership, and feminist mentorship. She enjoys reading Agatha Christie and P.G. Wodehouse.
