Advisor – Disability Portfolio

Jaime works closely with the Disability and Sexuality team, guiding the conceptualisation and visioning of the organisation’s strategic role in this field. She ensures the integration of a disability rights and justice lens throughout CREA’s work.

A human rights lawyer with over two decades of experience, Jaime advocates for the rights of women, gender-diverse individuals, and marginalised populations. She has worked with international and national NGOs, including Amnesty International, WHO, UNAIDS, and the Center for Reproductive Rights. Jaime holds an LLM in International Law and Gender from American University, a JD from the University of San Francisco, and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Women Enabled International.
