Anuradha leads CREA’s India operations, refining strategy and fostering innovative program designs responsive to national, regional, and global contexts. She oversees fundraising, donor relationships, and the Resource Development team, while also guiding CREA’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategy.

She holds a PhD in Biophysics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and has over two decades of experience in resource mobilization, donor relations, and project management. She has worked with the Centre for Science and Environment, Plan International (India), and Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute, and consulted for CARE (India) and UNICEF (India). Anuradha values social and environmental responsibility and enjoys traveling, reading, music, and spending time with friends.
