Programme Manager – Sexuality and Disability

Agnieszka works within the Disability and Sexuality Portfolio (Global) to foster cross-movement collaboration between feminist and disability rights spaces. She supports the leadership of feminists with disabilities, advances advocacy on disability rights and implements international programmes such as the Disability, Sexuality, and Rights Online Institute (DSROI), the CREAte Initiative and the Women Gaining Ground consortium.

A sociologist by training, Agnieszka earned a PhD in social sciences in 2020, researching reproductive autonomy and motherhood experiences of women with disabilities. She has worked on public policy implementation in line with the UN CRPD and has been engaged in feminist, queer, migrant and disability rights initiatives for over 15 years.
